The course is ideal for owners and managers of food businesses, production managers, and for those who hold an Intermediate Certificate in Food Hygiene.

Course Objectives

Successful candidates will be able to contribute to the management of food hygiene in a food business, identifying further technical knowledge necessary in complex processes. They will also be able to design an improvement plan and liaise with enforcement officers.

Assessment

Two workplace assignments and a written examination.
