This QCF accredited qualification meets the catering industry's need for a high level practical qualification with external accreditation.

This course is ideal for owners or managers of catering businesses, trainers, supervisors and those who monitor and audit food safety systems.

Course Objectives
By the end of the course delegates should understand the relevant legislation and be able to guide and contribute to the management of food safety.
Assessment
Delegates are assessed by examination and are required to submit 2 assignments covering a food safety procedure or control method which are completed after the course.
Duration
36 hours to cover the syllabus (Normally 5 days) with extra time required to complete assignments.
